THE DATA WE COLLECT
The only time when we collect personal data is when you give it to us by your own choice. If you download for free or purchase, install and play our games on your device, we receive information from the distribution platforms (app stores or other). We may share anonymous or aggregated information, or other data that does not directly identify you, with third parties, for instance your persona and game stats on leaderboards or to show trends about use of our products.
We employ third parties located in and outside of your country of residence (including outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)) to collect or process personal information on our behalf for various reasons. When our third party agents or service providers collect or receive personal information, we require that they use the data only on our behalf and for purposes consistent with this policy.
We do not control information sent from our Services to third parties, such as advertising networks and analytics companies that receive information in the normal course of your Internet activity. When third party technologies or social tools are integrated into our products, those third parties may collect information when you use our products. However, in the event of a reorganization, divestiture, merger, sale or bankruptcy, we may transfer all information we collect to the relevant third party and will obtain your consent to do so if required by law.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Our Service is global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred to anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have different data protection laws than your own country, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in this Policy. Adequate safeguards that our partners may use include standard contractual clauses approved by EU Commission and the Privacy Shield certification in case of transfers to the USA

We will keep data only for as long as it is relevant and useful for the purpose for which it was originally collected. We will also retain and use your information for as long as is required in order to comply with our legal obligations.

Even so, as you may know, no security measure is 100% perfect. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your information and do not assume any responsibility for the unauthorized use or access to your information under our control.
CHILDREN
You must be over 13 to play our games and use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13, or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
INTEREST-BASED ADS
Due to latest GDPR regulation which is affecting users from EEA region, we have decided that we won’t serve interest-based ads to EEA users for now, we will show you only non-interest-based ads that may be less relevant to your interests. This can be changed at any time and it will be updated in this Privacy Policy, so please check it from time to time (we advise to check it out at every use of our Services).
For users outside of EEA region, if you wish to deactivate interest-based ads, you can do so by limiting ad tracking in your device settings. Please note that opt-outs are specific to each browser and device and it may take a little bit of time before your opt-out will take effect. More details are available in text below.
MOBILE IDENTIFIERS, COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Like most online services, we and our partners use mobile identifiers, cookies and similar technologies to provide and personalize the Service, analyse use, target advertisements and prevent fraud.

Please note that adjusting your preferences as described in this section does not mean you will no longer receive adverts, it only means the adverts you do see will be less relevant to your interests. We will also still use your device’s ad identifier to serve you with ads; for example, we may use this for frequency capping (in other words, to control the maximum number of times you see the same ad from us).
YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
Where we rely on consent to collect and use information about you, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that if you withdraw your consent, in some cases your user license to use the App will cease automatically.

Opt-out of marketing emails and other direct marketing.
You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as marketing emails from us by following the instructions in such communications.
Opt-out of targeted advertising.
You can opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting “limit ad tracking” (Apple iOS) or “opt-out of interest based ads” (Android).
Push notifications
We may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device to provide game-related information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages. You can deactivate these notifications by changing your notification settings on your device.
